Refunds and cancellation
Everything we sell is a digital download you get straight away, so sales are final. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Digital products are final sale
The Starter Plan, the Vault, the Founders Plan, every Lights On edition and The Yes Room are files you can download the moment you pay. Because they can't be returned, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. Please look at the free sample kit and the page for each product before you buy.
When we do refund
- You were charged twice for the same product.
- A file you paid for is missing or broken and we can't fix it within 5 business days of you telling us.
- The law where you live requires a refund.
Email hello@socialandsold.com from the address you paid with, or include your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment partner, usually within 5 business days.
Nothing to cancel
Every product is a one-time payment. Nothing renews, nothing expires, and you keep every file you downloaded.
UK and EU consumers
You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that is supplied straight away, that right ends once the download starts, as long as you agreed to this at checkout and confirmed you understand you lose the right to cancel. Our checkout asks for that agreement before you pay. Your other statutory rights, including the right to content that works as described, are not affected.
